You will analyze, install, and troubleshoot software for ATMs and cash recyclers, ensuring technical leadership across customer engagements. This role demands proactive problem-solving and adaptability to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment while traveling 40-50% within Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and configure software in various customer environments
• Lead installation, troubleshooting, and technical support efforts
• Oversee quality assurance and end-to-end testing processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project success
• Provide architectural guidance and technical mentorship
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Background in ATM or kiosk self-service industries
• Proficient in C#, JavaScript, NodeJS, and .NET
• Experience with Agile methodologies and quality assurance
• Familiarity with JIRA and source control tools
