Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support via email and video recordings
• Troubleshoot and resolve merchant issues effectively
• Document learnings and share solutions with the team
• Identify patterns and feedback for product improvement
• Prioritize effectively while managing multiple requests
Requirements:
• Previous experience in technical support at a SaaS company
• Familiarity with Help Scout or ticketing systems
• Knowledge of front-end development and debugging tools
• Experience reading API documentation for troubleshooting
• Strong written communication skills for client interactions
