As a Principal Net Suite Consultant, you will be the senior functional authority for Plative's nonprofit portfolio. This role involves leading complex ERP transformations, advising stakeholders on grant management, and mentoring fellow consultants. You will collaborate with sales teams on scoping technical solutions while ensuring project success and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead executive discovery sessions mapping financial requirements
• Own the full project lifecycle of Net Suite implementations
• Act as the senior expert in nonprofit finance processes
• Guide workflows for community foundations and First Nations
• Mentor consultants on design and configuration work
Requirements:
• 7+ years of Net Suite ERP implementation experience
• Strong expertise in fund accounting and grant management
• Proven leadership in discovery sessions and ERP delivery
• Excellent communication skills for executive engagements
• Proficiency with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
