En tant que Spécialiste Dev Ops chez Intuit, vous apporterez vos 2 ans d'expérience dans la préparation de déclarations fiscales. Vous fournirez des conseils fiscaux, vérifierez les déclarations des clients et répondrez aux demandes concernant nos produits. Vous utiliserez également des outils de communication vidéo pour interagir avec nos clients et enregistrer vos interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Aider clients avec Turbo Impôt et conseils fiscaux
• Vérifier les déclarations de revenus et documents
• Utiliser des outils vidéo pour communication efficace
• Documenter toutes les interactions clients avec précision
• Répondre aux demandes d'information sur nos produits
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en préparation fiscale
• de l’ARC requis pour utilisation de services
• Connaissance des systèmes fiscaux complexes
• Compétences en service à la clientèle essentielles
• Bilingue français et anglais, avec expertise fiscale
