You will play a pivotal role in implementing Service Now Risk Management and Security Operations solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the design and support of Service Now solutions
• Translate technical requirements into scalable configurations
• Build custom workflows, scripts, and integrations
• Manage technical deployment, ensuring best practices
• Automate compliance and incident workflows
Requirements:
• 5+ years of Service Now development experience
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and REST APIs
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Service Now Risk modules
• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
