Join Dexterra Group as an HCM & Reporting Analyst for a fully remote, contract role. Bring your advanced Dayforce reporting and SQL skills to transform HR data and improve workforce decision-making.
This role is essential for supporting the Dayforce implementation over an 8-month contract. You will work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to develop custom reporting solutions and validate complex datasets. Your efforts will help establish consistent reporting standards while ensuring accurate data migration from legacy systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build Dayforce reports and dashboards
• Analyze and validate HR payroll data using SQL
• Support employee data migration and reconciliation
• Collaborate with stakeholders for workforce insights
• Assist in testing and post-implementation stabilization
Requirements:
• Advanced SQL experience with large datasets
• Familiarity with HR, payroll, and HCM data
• Proficient in Power BI and Excel
• Previous support for HR technology implementations
• Strong analytical and communication skills
