Senior Insurance Fraud Investigator

As a Claims Representative III and Senior Inside Investigator, you will analyze moderate to high complexity claims across all business lines, especially property. The position focuses on suspected fraud, evidence evaluation, detailed research, and metrics tracking. You will work with stakeholders and external police departments when necessary.

• Use Fraud Detection Software to identify suspicious claims
• Review claims and determine investigation scope
• Gather information through loss control tools
• Conduct investigations by telephone and internet technology
• Secure proof and evaluate evidence of fraud

• Five years in property claims handling or investigations
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Detailed research, curiosity, and persistence
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of insurance trends and regulations
