In this pivotal role, you will support and enhance Stack Adapt's privacy program while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your expertise will ensure compliance with data protection laws and assist in negotiating Data Processing Agreements. This dynamic position is ideal for a professional with over 5 years in legal operations or privacy within the adtech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop privacy strategies in collaboration with legal teams
• Negotiate Data Processing Agreements for compliance
• Monitor and analyze evolving privacy laws
• Assist with internal training and privacy assessments
• Implement privacy by design principles during projects
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in privacy or legal operations
• Strong knowledge of data protection laws
• Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail
• Active U.S. state bar membership required
• IAPP Privacy certification is a plus
