Position: Fronius Customer Support & Procurement Role
Be part of Fronius Canada's dynamic team as a Customer Support and Procurement Specialist, focusing on order processing and customer service in our Mississauga office. Your expertise will help drive our innovative welding and solar solutions.

In this role, you'll serve as the main point of contact for procurement and logistics while managing customer relationships. With over 5 years of experience in procurement, you'll oversee the entire order cycle, from initial contact to final delivery. Your ability to multitask and strong communication skills will foster cooperation across departments for a smoother supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams

• Manage customer service inquiries via email and phone

• Prepare sales/service quotations accurately

• Process customer orders and ensure timely deliveries

• Maintain material master data in the ERP system

Requirements:

• At least 5 years experience in procurement

• Technical aptitude and ERP familiarity required

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

• Strong verbal and written communication

• Knowledge of French is an asset
