This full-time position focuses on enhancing our Customs Department's efficiency. In this role, you will use the KWE Customs entry production system for monitoring shipments. Your responsibilities include verifying charges, preparing electronic submissions to CBSA, and providing customs-related services while working across various transportation modes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and verify shipments entering Canada
• Prepare documentation for electronic CBSA submissions
• Organize scanned files using DM Document Management
• Ensure accuracy of client billing for miscellaneous charges
• Communicate processing delays to clients and carriers
Requirements:
• CCS Certified or willingness to pursue certification
• 2-4 years' relevant customs experience
• Proficiency in electronic mail and databases
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle performance targets independently
