Location: City of Moncton
Keep facilities clean with GDI as a Full Time Cleaner, using vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, and washroom maintenance skills daily.
This Light Duty Cleaner position supports GDI’s facility maintenance services across cleaning assignments. Responsibilities include dusting offices, cleaning hard floors, vacuuming carpets, maintaining washrooms, and removing garbage. The work also includes replenishing amenities, polishing fixtures, reporting damaged utilities, and following safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Empty and reline garbage containers
- Clean washrooms and replenish essential amenities
- Transport garbage to bins or compactors
- Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum assigned areas
- Disinfect and polish fixtures, handles, walls, and countertops
- Availability for full time work
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Participation in required training
- Adherence to company health and safety regulations
