Fleet Maintenance Supervisor Quebec

Lead fleet maintenance across Eastern Quebec and Atlantic Provinces, using diagnostics and team leadership to support commercial vehicle uptime. Travel is required throughout the region.
As Fleet Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee maintenance for commercial vehicles, trailers, forklifts, and material handling equipment. You will manage technicians across multiple locations while supporting operations, compliance, cost control, and continuous improvement. The position also includes expanding maintenance shop capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, schedule, train, and evaluate mechanics and technicians
- Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, and major overhauls
- Develop schedules and procedures that improve equipment reliability
- Monitor maintenance metrics, budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate repairs, audits, inspections, and compliance documentation
- Three to five years of commercial fleet maintenance experience
- Two to three years supervising mechanics or technicians
- Technical knowledge of engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and transmissions
- Experience with fleet software, CMMS systems, and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and bilingual capability required
