This leadership role focuses on the strategic management and development of the Teen Street Europe event. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic direction for the Europe event's success
• Lead and develop a diverse team of staff and volunteers
• Foster relationships with international Teen Street networks
• Collaborate with mobilization teams for shared goals
• Ensure financial sustainability efforts for the event
Requirements:
• Strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Proven experience managing diverse teams and projects
• Excellent communication and networking abilities
• Willingness to travel regularly for event needs
• Proficiency in English;
German is a plus
