Lead Felix’s Medical Office Assistant team through people leadership, workforce planning, and data-informed clinical operations. This is a virtual-first role.
As Manager, Clinical Operations, you will manage direct reports while coaching Team Leads and Senior MOAs. You will oversee schedules, coverage, quality, service levels, and performance across patient and provider support workflows. The role includes launch preparation, workflow optimization, and cross-functional work with clinical, product, data, pharmacy, compliance, and customer support teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage direct reports, Team Leads, and Senior MOAs
- Oversee schedules, coverage, queues, backlogs, and service levels
- Run quality reviews, coaching, and performance improvement processes
- Prepare teams for launches, training, and workflow changes
- Maintain SOPs, privacy, and documentation standards
- 5+ years in healthcare operations, medical office, or support
- 3+ years managing frontline teams
- Experience with extended-hours scheduling and workforce planning
- Data skills using Google Sheets or Excel dashboards
- Understanding of PHIPA, PIPEDA, and personal health information
