Lead regional inspection operations remotely from Toronto, using field leadership and operational data to improve quality, productivity, and service reliability.
OPENLANE seeks a Regional Field Inspection Manager to oversee inspectors across multiple markets. You will manage performance, coordinate capacity, and maintain consistent execution. The position partners with Operations, Sales, Scheduling, Quality Assurance, Arbitration, Product, and Technology.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead inspection operations across the assigned region
- Manage inspectors through goals, coaching, reviews, and corrective action
- Use scorecards and data to maintain performance cadence
- Plan hiring, onboarding, training, coverage, and scheduling capacity
- Standardize practices and report risks with mitigation plans
- Three or more years of operations or field leadership experience
- Experience managing employees across multiple locations or markets
- Experience with automotive inspections or condition reporting
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s license and regular travel availability
