Order Desk Operations Manager

Lead centralized order desk operations in Moncton, NB, using demand forecasting and people management skills. This permanent, full-time role follows Monday-to-Friday hours.

At Sollio Agriculture, you will oversee end-to-end order management across three regional feed mills. The Manager of Planning and Administration leads forecasting, volume tracking, pricing analysis, and customer service workflows. You will support production alignment while helping farmers grow, progress, and prosper through Canada’s largest agricultural network.

• Oversee centralized order desk operations across three regional feed mills
• Manage, mentor, and evaluate up to four employees
• Lead demand forecasting and volume tracking initiatives
• Analyze pricing structures, margins, and customer demand patterns
• Generate order desk KPIs and strategic capacity recommendations

• Understanding of order desk operations and market pricing structures
• Proven people management and workflow accountability experience
• Analytical ability for bottleneck diagnosis and strategic reporting
• Confidence making decisions amid ambiguity and logistics delays
• Ability to travel regionally one to two times monthly
