CNC Programmer​/Operator in Production

As a CNC Programmer/Operator, utilize your skills in Mastercam or Fusion to effectively produce machined components while ensuring safety and quality in our production facility.

This role calls for a seasoned professional with 5 to 7 years of experience in CNC programming and operation. You will be pivotal in optimizing production runs based on design specifications and ensuring adherence to quality assurance standards. Routine interaction with equipment maintenance, documentation, and troubleshooting will be essential in this dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program CNC machines using detailed technical specifications

• Adjust and reprogram controls as needed to ensure quality

• Monitor equipment and perform preventative maintenance

• Document production activities and maintain logs

• Participate in ongoing educational opportunities to enhance skills

Requirements:

• Preferably 5 to 7 years of CNC programming experience

• Competence in Microsoft Office and knowledge of MRP systems

• Capability to read and interpret engineering blueprints

• Strong mathematics and troubleshooting skills required
