Position: Manufacturing Engineer Role

This role, reporting to the Operations Manager, involves close collaboration with design, production, and quality teams. You will develop comprehensive manufacturing strategies, address design issues, and support production continuity. Contributing to new product introductions and existing lines, you will ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop manufacturing plans and standard operating procedures

• Collaborate on design validation and manufacturability assessments

• Implement tooling and fixtures for production efficiency

• Analyze and optimize workflows for better throughput

• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering

• 3–7 years of experience in a manufacturing engineer role

• Knowledgeable in mechanical and electromechanical assembly

• Expert in CAD software like Solid Works or CATIA

• Familiar with Lean principles and continuous improvement practices
