Manufacturing Engineering Career

Marshall Land Systems is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Moncton, NB, to innovate defense manufacturing processes while ensuring top-tier quality and efficiency. Drive collaboration and integration across teams!

In this role, reporting to the Operations Manager, you will develop manufacturing strategies while actively participating in the design process. Your responsibilities will include optimizing production methods and documenting processes to enhance manufacturing quality and compliance. Engage directly with production teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operations throughout manufacturing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop manufacturing plans and documentation

• Collaborate with design engineers for manufacturability

• Implement efficient tooling and fixture setups

• Analyze and improve manufacturing workflows

• Conduct CAPA for process deviations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline

• 3–7 years of manufacturing experience

• Strong CAD software proficiency

• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles

• Effective problem-solving and collaboration capabilities
