Together, these operations offer team members a stable, growth‑oriented work environment in the baking and food manufacturing industry.

The Bakery Labour role is a full-time, on-site position based at our Moncton, NB facility. This role involves assisting with the preparation, baking, and packaging of bread and bakery products according to established recipes and production standards. Daily tasks include operating and cleaning bakery equipment, monitoring product quality, following food safety and workplace safety procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Team members will support loading and unloading materials, stacking and labeling finished products, and working collaboratively with production staff and supervisors to meet production targets. The role may require standing for extended periods, repetitive tasks, and working flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing for long periods, and working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to product quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or food production processes, with the ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a reliable and punctual work ethic.
• Willingness to learn to operate bakery machinery and equipment safely; prior experience in a bakery or food manufacturing setting is an asset.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; food safety or workplace safety certifications are considered an advantage.
