Optical Equipment Assembly Lead

Lead optical equipment assembly activities through visible floor coordination, production communication, and practical technical troubleshooting support.

As Assembly Lab Coordinator, you work with the Optical Assembly Supervisor and Operations Manager to execute production priorities. You coordinate employee assignments, monitor build progress, and address changing workflow needs. The role combines hands-on assembly with team engagement, training, quality reinforcement, and cross-department coordination.

• Communicate priorities, expectations, and operational changes clearly
• Adjust assignments around workload, materials, and production requirements
• Identify schedule risks and coordinate workflow adjustments
• Mentor assemblers and support hands-on employee onboarding
• Coordinate material, documentation, and production issue resolution

• Manufacturing experience coordinating work or supporting production teams
