Assemble remote shutdown systems at BASE Engineering using CAD drawings, hand tools, and careful attention to detail. This is a six-month fixed-term assignment.
The Production Assembly Technician supports the production assembly line under the Production Manager. You will complete final assembly for products sold by BASE Engineering, including harnesses, enclosures, handhelds, and receivers. The work supports quality and reliable customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Assemble remote shutdown systems according to customer orders
- Follow CAD drawings accurately during assembly
- Assemble harnesses, enclosures, handhelds, and receivers
- Apply light soldering experience where applicable
- Mechanical inclination and understanding of light machinery
- Working knowledge of hand tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
- Strong safety focus and teamwork
