Shape patient communications at Felix with UX writing and content strategy while working remotely from anywhere in Canada.
As a Senior Content Designer, you will help patients feel informed throughout digital healthcare journeys. You will write for product experiences and communications, turn complex healthcare information into approachable language, and collaborate with product managers, designers, and lifecycle marketers. This hands-on role also uses AI tools and helps build Felix’s content design practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Shape clear communication across patient healthcare journeys
- Write copy for products, emails, and push notifications
- Test messaging using data and patient feedback
- Translate healthcare concepts into approachable language
- Apply and evolve the Felix voice
- 5+ years in content design, UX writing, or copywriting
- Consumer-facing digital product or service experience
- Portfolio showing product and customer communication writing
- Excellent writing, editing, and editorial judgement
- Experience with AI writing tools and prompt crafting
