• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, Linked In, and Microsoft Ads
• Allocate budgets, adjust bids, and define targeting strategies
• Test creative and decide when campaigns should stop
• Maintain conversion tracking through GA4, tag manager, and pixels
• Present roadmaps, performance narratives, and account growth plans

• Three or more years hands-on with Google Ads and Meta
• Campaign-building, management, and optimization experience
• Demonstrated movement in ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics
• Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
• Clear spoken English for live calls with United States clients
