As a Program Coordination Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in managing the Community & Family Services programs, including special events like the Christmas Kettle Campaign. Your responsibilities will encompass volunteer coordination, financial record maintenance, and ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines. This is an opportunity to lead community-building initiatives that provide essential resources to those in need.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and coordinate ongoing community events and programs
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate program records
• Liaise with community organizations for resource sharing
• Direct volunteer efforts and ensure proper training
• Implement safety protocols and documentation
Requirements:
• Completion of a two-year post-secondary education
• Minimum of three years’ supervisory experience
• Skills in Microsoft Office and community engagement
• CPR, First Aid certification or commitment to achieve
• Valid driver’s license with good record
