We seek compassionate nurses to support our Faubourg du Mascaret team. You will assess and document residents’ needs while leading health services staff to provide individualized care. This role demands flexibility across shifts and promotes a strong commitment to quality health standards and team communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and document residents’ healthcare needs
• Lead health staff and ensure quality of care
• Develop and evaluate resident care plans
• Administer and record medications per policies
• Supervise care staff and evaluate job performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing; registered in NB
• Flexible availability for varied shifts
• CPR & First Aid or BLS certification required
• Advanced English and French proficiency
• Previous leadership experience is a strong asset
