Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe, effective, and empathetic care in accordance with established clinical standards.
- Monitor patient conditions, perform assessments, administer medications, and track vital signs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in coordination with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Work closely with doctors, specialists, and therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate and support patients and their families on treatment plans and health management.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records in line with facility and regulatory requirements.
- Follow all relevant healthcare laws, regulations, and facility policies to maintain high safety and ethical standards.
- Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN). - Experience:
Minimum of 12 years preferred; newly qualified nurses also encouraged to apply. - Skills:
Strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, effective communication, ability to thrive under pressure. - Attributes:
Compassionate, empathetic, committed to high standards of patient care. - Language:
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) essential.
