The New Brunswick Extra-Mural Program is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join its interdisciplinary team. You will contribute to reducing hospital admissions while ensuring patients receive quality care tailored to their needs. Leverage your skills in medication administration and wound care to support patients within their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive patient care as part of the EMP team
• Administer medications and handle wound care procedures
• Perform physical assessments and document patient progress
• Engage in student placements and foster teamwork
• Uphold confidentiality and health standards
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited LPN program
• Three years of relevant medical/surgical experience
• Valid New Brunswick Class 5 Driver’s License
• CPR Level C certification or commitment to obtain
• Clear criminal record check submission
