Take on the role of QC Inspector for Assembly with Johnson Controls, focusing on quality assurance and safety. Conduct inspections and verify accuracy in assembly processes.
You will be responsible for performing daily inspections of in-process units, ensuring they meet sealing and quality requirements as per specifications. Supporting a culture of excellence, you will assist fellow inspectors and train production members while following stringent safety practices in line with Alberta's regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect in-process assembly units for quality assurance
• Verify components meet all necessary standards
• Assist with training and knowledge validation
• Follow safety procedures per company standards
• Complete other necessary tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• Strong reading skills for shop drawings
• Proficient with measurement tools
• Knowledge of assembly processes and materials
• Proven communication and time management ability
• Capability to lift up to 35 lbs
