Take charge of supplier quality management at Marshall Land Systems in Moncton, NB. In this role, you will oversee supplier processes to ensure adherence to high-quality standards.
This position entails assessing suppliers through regular audits and capability assessments while developing supplier improvement plans. You will monitor product quality from strategic suppliers and ensure effective communication of quality expectations and actions to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments of supplier manufacturing practices
• Perform quality audits and capability evaluations
• Track and report on supplier performance metrics
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive audit schedule
• Liaise between senior management and suppliers on quality issues
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education or training
• ISO
9001 Lead Auditor training desirable
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems essential
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Open to travel and meet confidentiality standards
