On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting salespeople to join their growing team of dedicated professionals as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor in Moncton, New Brunswick.

The Commercial Real Estate Advisor will be responsible for conducting market analyses, advising clients on commercial real estate transactions, negotiating deals, and maintaining excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include working with tenants, landlords, vendors, and purchasers to facilitate successful commercial real estate transactions.

The successful candidate will have an opportunity to develop new markets as well as continuing to serve and grow their existing markets. The Commercial Real Estate Advisor will work closely with a small team of specialized industry professionals to identify opportunities and create value for their growing list of commercial clients.

Qualifications:
  • Strong sales skills and customer service orientation.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate or other facet of real estate preferred, but not necessary.
  • Client focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
  • Excel in a fast-paced performance driven environment.
  • University or community college degree preferred.
  • Real Estate license for New Brunswick or willing to obtain.
