Position: Area Sales Manager New Brunswick)
The Area Sales Manager reporting to the Eastern Business Center Sales Operations Manager will manage all new vehicle retail sales, vehicle shipments, customer satisfaction and profitability targets for the assigned area of retail business. The successful candidate will act as the face of the company for all day-to-day management activities with the dealers within the assigned area.
Primary responsibilities of the position will include
:
Developing and implementing retail merchandising strategies with dealers within the assigned areaEnsuring understanding and coordinating implementation of all regional and national retail programs and merchandising activities to deliver on sales targetsProviding competitive and market intelligence with the purpose of developing industry leading retail merchandising activities and programsCommunicating allocation requirements and performing forecasting models to ensure wholesale targets are achievedMonitoring dealership operations and performances to identify select dealers with areas of improvementDeveloping performance improvement plans with select dealers and monitoring progressMonitor and assist dealers within their respective areas towards EV ReadinessMonitor, Coach and assist dealers within their respective areas to be best in class in Customer ExperienceThe salary range for this role is $82,500 - $100,000 per year. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldMUST RESIDE IN MARKET (Moncton, New Brunswick) and ability to travel regularly within an assigned areaMinimum 3+ years sales experience (preference to automotive related)Proven success in achieving sales targetsExcellent presentation and communication skillsExcellent decision-making skillsStrong negotiation skillsStrong time management skillsLegally eligible to work in CanadaP
