Customer Service and Inventory Specialist

As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure efficient customer interactions while managing daily cash reconciliations and inventory counts. You’ll assist with stocking, organize store displays, and ensure safety measures are met. Communication skills and attention to detail are vital in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality customer service at all times
• Operate the cash register and perform reconciliations
• Assist with stock unpacking and inventory tracking
• Maintain a safe and tidy store environment
• Support sales order and inventory reporting
Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in inventory management is an asset
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Must hold a valid class 5 driver’s license
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications required
