• greet, assist and thank customers in a friendly manner, over the phone and in person.
• process customer purchases.
• operate cash register.
• respond to and handle customer inquiries, requests and concerns over the phone and in person.
• maintain all checkout work stations.
• ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
