Position: Sephora Store Director
Lead beauty retail at Sephora Canada as a Store Director in Dieppe, New Brunswick. Oversee sales, coaching, and operational excellence to enhance customer experiences.
In this full-time role, you will be a part of the management team at Sephora’s Moncton location. Your responsibilities include driving store results through effective sales forecasting, ensuring optimum staffing levels, and maintaining an exceptional client experience. You will recruit and train department managers while overseeing innovative merchandising decisions that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forecast sales with District Manager to achieve targets

• Monitor and report on daily and monthly sales results

• Recruit and train staff to meet business needs

• Implement strategic merchandising decisions for growth

• Manage store inventory and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in retail

• Proven experience coaching high-performing teams

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to analyze sales trends effectively

• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends
