Lead retail sales and inventory operations as a Department Head in a rural, remote food service establishment. English work supports daily store coordination.
This permanent position requires secondary school graduation and one to less than two years of experience. You will supervise retail salespersons and sales clerks while managing merchandise, schedules, customer issues, and supply shortages. The role includes hiring and training staff, or arranging their training.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and train staff or arrange staff training
- Order merchandise and organize inventory
- Establish work schedules for retail workers
- Sell merchandise and resolve customer requests
- Supervise and coordinate retail sales activities
- Secondary school graduation certificate
- One to less than two years of experience
- Interpersonal awareness
- Willingness to work in a rural, remote location
- Willingness to relocate
