Serve Moncton shoppers at Giant Tiger while operating electronic cash registers, mainline checkouts, and self checkouts with accuracy. Day, evening, and weekend schedules vary.
As a Store Associate, you will deliver customer service and support checkout operations at 80 Mapleton Road. Your work includes recording transactions, replenishing checkout merchandise, completing markdowns, and maintaining labels, tickets, planograms, and signing standards. You will also perform cycle counts and follow policies for Tobacco and Lottery sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a high level of customer service
- Record transactions accurately at electronic checkouts
- Replenish merchandise around the checkout area
- Complete markdowns and SKU changes when needed
- Maintain clean, organized checkout work areas
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift or move up to 18 kilograms
