We’re looking for a Chocolate Sales Connoisseur who will be part of a new start and work in our brand-new store in Champlain Place
. Being a company with a long tradition, we have experienced significant success in various locations. Our online sales have helped us build strong brand and have provided opportunities to open new stores. You will help shape the success of our new store and leave your mark on its growth journey.
Job Overview: As a Chocolate Sales Connoisseur you will provide remarkable customer service, engage and create connections with customers, sell our products, work in a team environment where we respect and support each other. You’ll connect with customers, learn what they’re looking for and confidently recommend products that meet their needs. You’ll use sales techniques such as upselling and cross-selling, introduce customers to current products, promotions and campaigns, and encourage participation in initiatives.
This is a seasonal position with a potential to become permanent. Hours are estimated to be up to 15 hours per week.
You will be a good fit if you are:- Available for all types of shifts
- Particularly weekdays and weekends - Passionate about selling our award-winning chocolate products
- Comfortable approaching customers, starting conversations and identifying their needs
- Enthusiastic about selling, recommending quality products and customer service
- Motivated by achieving sales goals and contributing to your shop’s success
- Confident using upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Energetic and enjoy meeting new people
- Previous retail experience is an asset
