As Business Development Team Lead, you will support revenue across multiple initiatives at Health Together. You will expand healthcare and educational programs while growing the Stretchy social venture. The work combines funding development, storytelling, digital marketing, and partnership cultivation.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify sponsor ships, foundation grants, and institutional partnerships
- Prepare pitch decks, financials, and impact narratives
- Drive Stretchy enrollments and group sales
- Engage NGOs, associations, agencies, and community organizations
- Report revenue KPIs, pipeline progress, and competition outcomes
- Two years in NGO business development or marketing
- Bachelor's degree in business, communication, marketing, or related field
- Proven ability to pursue funding sources
- Strong copywriting, pitch deck, and storytelling skills
- Experience with social media and digital marketing platforms
