Drive account growth through outbound calling and CRM skills as an Associate Sales Professional at Manitoulin Transport in an office setting.
In this position, you will work with outside representatives on accounts generating less than $15,000 annually. Your work includes prospecting, quote follow-up, service reviews, conflict resolution, and customer platform training. You will also qualify opportunities and support Sales Professionals with leads.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete at least 20 outbound calls each day
- Update same-day call notes in the CRM system
- Review BOL, electronic invoicing, and EFT options
- Conduct two to three weekly MT Direct demos
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy and CRM system comfort
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Ability to work independently and within teams
- French and English bilingualism preferred
Use communication, prospecting, and CRM abilities to expand Manitoulin Transport accounts and support transportation sales development.
