Key Responsibilities:- Deliver coaching engagements using Emerse intellectual property and methodology
- Facilitate team bootcamps, strategy workshops, and performance reviews
- Build and roll out client-specific sales playbooks
- Support sales hiring and onboarding with clear standards
- Track performance and drive growth through diagnostics and KPIs
- Ten or more years in B2B sales and leadership
- Proven coaching or mentoring expertise
- Experience in sales, hiring, and team development
- Fluency in both French and English
- Confidence working independently in remote settings
