Licensed Pet Insurance Sales Specialist

Use consultative selling and insurance expertise to help Canadian pet owners choose Trupanion coverage remotely from their province. Weekend availability is required.

Trupanion seeks a self-motivated, customer-focused Licensed Insurance Sales Specialist for inbound pet insurance sales and member support. You will explain policies, understand customer needs, manage objections, and guide enrollment. The full-time schedule includes rotating Pacific Time shifts, including weekends.

• Answer inbound warm leads from prospective pet insurance customers
• Tailor insurance solutions to each customer's needs
• Explain coverage options and policy benefits clearly
• Overcome objections with confidence and empathy
• Accurately enroll pets and document required information

• Active provincial General or P&C Insurance license
• At least two years of sales experience
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Ability to handle escalated and sensitive conversations
• Weekend availability and flexibility across rotating shifts
