Earn through commissioned sales as a Sleep Expert, helping customers choose quality sleep products with strong customer service skills.
Sleep Country Canada offers a full-time Sales Associate role with sales commissions, bonuses, and contests. You will engage customers, understand their needs, promote products and services, and work with the Sales team toward goals. Extensive training supports your product and service knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify customer needs and wants through engagement
- Present quality sleep products and service offerings
- Replenish products and maintain visual store standards
- Complete receiving, organization, and inventory counts
- Work collaboratively to exceed goals and expectations
- Strong customer focus and positive attitude
- Willingness to pursue continuous education and learning
- Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends
- Critical thinking skills for independent problem solving
- One to three years' sales experience is an asset
Use consultative customer engagement, retail sales, and product presentation skills to become a true Sleep Expert.
