Support North American and International sales teams through order management, customer service, and shipping coordination in this office-based sales support position.
The Customer Success Coordinator manages internal sales order and after-sales processes. Working with Sales Managers, this position processes orders, arranges shipping, and supports continual improvement. Key activities include order entry, customer communication, freight coordination, export documentation, and shipment follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:- Enter orders after salesperson review
- Send order confirmations and related customer documents
- Coordinate production, salespeople, customers, and freight forwarders
- Verify shipment schedules and contact customers about delays
- Process international commercial documents and CAED export declarations
- Minimum grade 12 or related post-secondary education
- Knowledge of SYSPRO
- Microsoft Office computer skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
