Paladin Casual Security Operative

Become a Casual Security Operative with Paladin Security Group, focused on ensuring safety at various locations. This versatile position requires skills in surveillance, crisis management, and customer service. Work as needed with a possibility to transition to full-time engagement. You will patrol sites, monitor security systems, and respond to emergencies, all while interacting positively with visitors and staff.

Your role is vital in maintaining a secure environment on multi-sites.

• Conduct thorough patrols across multiple locations
• Operate and monitor surveillance and alarm systems
• Control access and ensure authorized entry only
• React swiftly during emergencies, aiding with crises
• Write reports on incidents and security concerns

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory
• Previous experience in security or law enforcement preferred
• Vaccination against Covid and other immunizations required
• Must acquire Use of Force and MOAB training
• English and/or French proficiency needed depending on site
