Xolar Inc. is a full service turnkey platform for transitioning both residential and business clients to solar energy. We support our clients with a done-for-you approach, taking them from project design all the way to construction.

• Understand and execute ready-to-build installation plans
• Commitment to become a technical expert with the products that we offer
• Work as part of a team to complete installations on schedule
• Maintain company and client property
• Consistent communication
• Maintain job site work safety standards, proper use of safety gear
• Troubleshoot system alerts with producted manufacturers
• Respond to service calls as needed
• Update company CRM and internal communication portal as-needed
• Maintain receipt records for material, gas etc

• Ability to travel and stay overnights as needed
• Residential construction, roofing, or technician experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage and delegate tasks
• Prior experience preferred
• Comfortable in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment
• Attention to detail and quality
• Comfortable working at heights and on pitched roofs of 2 story homes
• Consistent lifting of 50lb solar modules
• Formal education in a technical field preferred
• Ability to do basic math quickly
• Ability to use AutoCAD and read single line digarams preferred
• Strong written & verbal communication in English
• Past experience is an asset
