• Understand and execute ready-to-build installation plans.
• Commitment to become a technical expert with the products that we offer.
• Working as part of a team to complete installations on schedule
• Maintenance of company and client property
• Consistent communication
• Maintaining job site work safety standards, proper use of safety gear.
• Troubleshoot system alerts with producted manufacturers.
• Respond to service calls as needed.
• Update company CRM and internal communication portal as-needed
• Maintaining receipt records for material, gas etc.
• Install residential & commercial solar panel projects
• Grid tie net metering & off grid systems
• Service upgrades, meter base upgrades, etc.
• Panel board swaps, generator installations, EV chargers
• Electrical Permits

• Ability to travel and stay overnights as needed.
• Residential construction, roofing, or technician experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage and delegate tasks
• Prior experience preferred
• Comfortable in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment
• Attention to detail and quality
• Comfortable working at heights and on pitched roofs of 2 story homes
• Consistent lifting of 50lb. solar modules
• Formal education in a technical field preferred
• Ability to do basic math quickly
• Ability to use AutoCAD and read single line digarams preferred.
• Strong written & verbal communication in English
• Past experience is an asset
