As a key member of the Community Policing Unit, you will bridge service gaps and provide critical assessments and support. With at least three years of social work experience, you will leverage your knowledge of community resources and facilitate public meetings to address pressing issues faced by vulnerable populations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support community policing through problem-solving strategies
• Assess and assist at-risk individuals in the community
• Lead public speaking initiatives and organize consultations
• Coordinate training for casual staff and volunteers
• Maintain strong relationships within community organizations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field
• Three years of relevant social work experience
• Knowledge of local social services
• Competent in public communication and organization
• Must hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license
