Join Horizon Health Network as a Social Worker in the Moncton area, New Brunswick. This permanent full-time role focuses on addiction and mental health services in an interdisciplinary setting.
The Social Worker is responsible for assessing clients and implementing effective treatment plans while developing therapeutic interventions tailored to individual and group needs. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Registration with the New Brunswick Association of Social Workers
