In this position, you will be responsible for implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring high-quality support for CRM and marketing tools. You'll engage in system integrations, lead essential technical upgrades, and maintain documentation of processes. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop CRM applications using LWC/Apex
• Document and enhance technical solutions
• Collaborate on planning and execution of upgrades
• Execute unit testing and ensure quality delivery
• Address issues through incident management
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years Salesforce platform experience
• Knowledge of Java, APIs, and web services
• Strong software development lifecycle skills
• Salesforce Certification is a plus
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
